Great site, helps me keep my sim alive as well as some communications back to Thailand from my 12call number whilst offshore.
A couple of things I think could be of benefit to site readers and customers alike is publishing call rates (both from within Thailand and whilst using roaming – calling Thailand offshore and vice versa). I couldn’t fine this information on the 12call site.
Another thing, looks like whilst in roaming, balance checking is unavailable. Can this be confirmed or denied and clarified in the FAQ where the *121# reference is made for 12call?

before i am not sure is it safe or not. i buy 300 baht credit with paypal. they send me code in 10 seconds. very quick. i top up my 12call sim card. thank you very much. i will use your service again.

Thanks for the easy and fast way of getting top-up codes. I’m living and Denmark and can help a friend with this top-up from “long distance”
Sometimes when I try to top-up, the “300 Baht product” is sold out.
Sometimes it could be good to be able a get perhaps a larger quantity e.g. 500 or 1000 Baht.

Regular purchaser of the old 12Call service, just used the new top up direct to phone. Was a 12 hour turnaround (overnight, ordered about 7.30pm Thai time and credited by 8.30am) but no problems and an email confirming the top up. Very easy service, but no way to get the 10% discount I used to get???

GREAT service website – just topped up my thai 12call sim yesterday and this morning recieved sms that it was updated with 300THB!Will definately use for our other thai simcards in the family when back home in DK its nice to know we can topup and keep same number till next time in Thailand!

Topped up my Nokia N97 from Japan in just a few minutes. This is a great service to use if you forget to top up while you are in Thailand!
