Send a polite note and let us know what you need. We carry a limited stock for fraud protection purposes. We understand it can be kind of a hassle, but so are fraudulent paypal payments. (No the site is not broke.)

I used the top up online service and have not received my top up credit yet, where is it?

Top Up Online orders are not sent automatically. They are reviewed, and sent as soon as possible, almost always within 24 hours. If you have an unconfirmed Paypal address, your listed phone number is not working, or if we find other issues with the order, the order may be delayed longer and you may be asked to send a copy of your ID card and proof of address.

After I pay with Paypal, how long until I get the top up codes?

The top up code is instantly sent to your email.

I am outside of Thailand, will these top up codes still work?

Yes. On DTAC use *100*_yourcode_# send to add value.  On AIS use *120*_yourcode_# send.  More details on DTAC Service. AIS 12Call.

How can I check my remaining balance?

DTAC Happy press: *101# send or in English: *101*9# send to see your balance. On AIS use: *121# send.

The code is not working.  What can I do?

First, check you bought the correct top up. If you use AIS, DTAC credit will not work. In most cases we can refund your unused credit. Sometimes code entry errors occur so it may be a quick fix.  If the code is correct, by using the serial number we can check if the code has been used or not.  Upon your request we can send you photo verification of the top up card.

Can you give me a discount?

Yes. We’ll give you a discount if you’ll give us a useful comment. Register, and then make a comment. Maybe tell us something like what country you were able to top up in, how quick it was, or maybe just what kind of phone you have. Anything to help others understand the service better.
