I used the top up online service and have not received my top up credit yet, where is it?

Top Up Online orders are not sent automatically. They are reviewed, and sent as soon as possible, almost always within 24 hours. If you have an unconfirmed Paypal address, your listed phone number is not working, or if we find other issues with the order, the order may be delayed longer and you may be asked to send a copy of your ID card and proof of address.

What is “top up online” or “refill on mobile”?

Top up credit  sent from a merchant via their phone to another phone by entering in their phone number and the amount of the top up.  A confirmation SMS is sent to both phones when the transaction is complete.

How long to top up codes take to receive?

The top up code is instantly sent to your email.

I am outside of Thailand, will top up codes still work? Yes. On DTAC use *100*_yourcode_# send to add value.  On AIS use *120*_yourcode_# send.  More details on DTAC Service. AIS 12Call.

You are out of stock, what can I do?

Send a polite note and let us know what you need. We carry a limited stock for fraud protection purposes. We understand it can be kind of a hassle, but so are fraudulent paypal payments. (No the site is not broke.)

How can I check my remaining balance? DTAC Happy press: *101# or  *101*9#. On AIS 12Call use: *121#.    True Move : #123#.

The code is not working.  What can I do? First, check you bought the correct top up. If you use AIS, DTAC credit will not work. In most cases we can refund your unused credit. Sometimes code entry errors occur so it may be a quick fix.  If the code is correct, by using the serial number we can check if the code has been used or not.  Upon your request we can send you photo verification of the top up card.

Can you give me a discount? Yes.  Join our loyalty program and we’ll give you a discount for doing things like leaving a comment, liking our Facebook page or just visiting.
