I used the top up online service and have not received my top up credit yet, where is it?
Top Up Online orders are not sent automatically to pending users. Orders are reviewed, and sent as soon as possible, almost always within 24 hours. Sometimes there are delays in the system. If the status of your order has not changed after 24 hours, please use this form.
How do I know if the credit has been sent?
You can log into your account, and check the order status. Also the number being topped up will receive a notification SMS.
What is “top up online” or “refill on mobile”?
Top up credit sent from a merchant via their phone to another phone by entering in their phone number and the amount of the top up. A confirmation SMS is sent to both phones when the transaction is complete.
How long does it take top up refill vouchers to be sent?
The top up code is instantly sent to your email.

The code is not working. What can I do?
First, check you bought the correct top up. If you use AIS, DTAC credit will not work. In most cases we can refund your unused credit. Sometimes code entry errors occur so it may be a quick fix. If the code is correct, by using the serial number we can check if the code has been used or not. Upon your request we can send you photo verification of the top up card.
