For Pending users:

You can become verified in the following  ways:

1. Provide us a copy of your ID and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) matching the details of your Paypal or Google Checkout account.

2. Wait 45 days after your first purchase.

3. If you have your contact details publicly visible your Facebook profile, and you like our Facebook page, and we can match up your order information with your Facebook profile.

In some cases, we may contact the phone number listed in your Paypal or Google Checkout account.  Please be sure this is accurate.

Why do I have to do this?

We sell digital goods which, unfortunately, Paypal  or Google Checkout does not support in it’s seller protection program.   This means we become responsible for any fraudulent purchases.  It is very easy for someone to use a stolen Paypal account or credit card to purchase a digital item.  In our case, the digital goods we sell have a high cost, which we are responsible to pay if it is discovered that the purchase is fraudulent.  This is the reason why we can no longer offer instant delivery to everyone.  We ask to verify your identity by providing identity documents that match the name and address in your Paypal account.

Why do I want to do this?

Verified phone numbers users have access to top up amounts of up to 800 Baht, as well as the ability to purchase top up cards.

Data Retention

We only need your identity information to confirm you actually have access to it. Once we see that you do, we will delete your information from your mail account.

Status of your phone number

Active:  You are able to take advantage of all features and can cash in your points for top up credit.

Pending: You may top up credit in limited amounts, 100 Baht at a time.
Accounts will become active in 45 days after your first purchase.

Blocked: You may not purchase any top up services.
Reasons for being blocked include:
-Fraudulent purchase
-Pending payment
-Blacklisted number
-Incomplete payment details.
